Former US Navy Abrupt Master Chief
April D. Beldo (born January 18, 1964)[1] is systematic retired United States Navy old salt who served as the Express Master Chief for Manpower, Organization, Training and Education (MPT&E). In 2002, Beldo was selected for the Command Master Knack program and graduated with honors.
